Directory assistance company Conduit increased its revenues by 79% to €37.4m in the third quarter, which ended 31 December, 2001.

Conduit plc, the provider of directory assistance services, have announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Conduit PLC said it has appointed Denis Creighton and Gary Purcell to its Board of Directors, while Paul Coghlan has resigned from the board, effective yesterday.
