Eircom PLC said Valentia Telecommunications Ltd now holds 1,946,174,822 ordinary shares in the group, representing 88.14%.

Eircom PLC said Valentia Telecommunications Ltd now holds 1,946,174,822 ordinary shares in the group, representing 88.14%.

On October 19, Valentia said its offer for eircom had been extended to November 2 pending regulatory approvals.
