Breathe.com changes hands again
Breathe.com, the loss-making Internet service provider, has changed hands for the second time in six months.
Argos retailer Great Universal Stores (GUS), which bought Breathe’s assets and technology for £1.4m in January, has sold the operation to e-business Affinity Internet for £1.7m.
Around 70 staff at Breathe’s Warrington offices in Britain are to lose their jobs as a result of the deal.
