Breathe.com, the loss-making Internet service provider, has changed hands for the second time in six months.

The London market is subdued, with the FTSE-100 index losing 41.5 points.

Great Universal Stores is expected to wash its hands of Breathe.com only three months after buying the internet service provider for £1.4m.
