Dow Jones to cut jobs at website

Dow Jones & Co plans to cut jobs at WSJ.com, the online edition of The Wall Street Journal.

A spokeswoman for Dow Jones would not say how many of the 250 jobs would be cut.

The cuts come as part of cost-reduction efforts amid an advertising slowdown

The company will reveal more details when it announces its first-quarter earnings on April 12.
