No going back to the huge wages of the Celtic Tiger in 2016

The end of each year invariably has us thinking of the future and what it has in store for us, personally and in a business sense.

I will leave the personal predictions to those better qualified in that field, and lay out a vision of 2016 and beyond for Ireland and, in particular, for small and medium businesses, the backbone of our economy.

To look ahead, we also need to take stock of where the economy is right now as a platform for any future initiatives and trends.
