Clanwilliam acquires Claimsure in €12m deal

Healthcare, technology and services company, Clanwilliam Group has acquired Irish software firm Claimsuite Sláinte in a deal believed to be worth €12m.

The Dublin-based Clanwilliam Group has struck a deal with Sláinte Healthcare that will see it assume control of Claimsuite which was developed by Sláinte to assist hospitals claim payments from insurers.

Claimsure’s software applications are in use in over 50 hospitals in Ireland with customers including the HSE and private hospitals.
