Healthcare, technology and services company, Clanwilliam Group has acquired Irish software firm Claimsuite Sláinte in a deal believed to be worth €12m.

Ireland is well placed to attract major new flows of foreign direct investment from multinationals in Australia and New Zealand, the Government has said.

Sláinte Healthcare was established in 2006 and through its Vitro and Claimsure processes has seen turnover increase by more than 1,600%. Now it is eyeing a US launch, writes Trish Dromey.
