Gem of a business adds new sparkle to historical Cork shopping area

One of the oldest shopping areas on Cork has been given a new lease of life thanks to a host new tenants, including jeweller Michael Wall.

Specialising in bespoke jewellery, diamonds and gems, along with luxury watch service and repair, Michael is bringing sparkle back to the Winthrop Arcade, Cork's oldest shopping mall.

“It’s truly wonderful to be part of this glorious old dame”, Michael told the Irish Examiner over a coffee in his new premises.
