Hibernia’s Harcourt redevelopment to proceed

A major redevelopment of a landmark Dublin site that had been stalled because of fears that the works may disrupt marriage counselling sessions is to now proceed.

This follows the country’s best-known marriage guidance counselling service, Accord withdrawing its appeal against plans by property firm, Hibernia Reit to redevelop the €70m Garda headquarters on Dublin’s Harcourt Street.

Accord had stalled the plan, claiming that the building works may disrupt its marriage counselling sessions that take place in its building adjacent to the Garda HQ.
