Irish Life and Hibernia REIT are among bidders shortlisted to buy Facebook’s European headquarters buildings in Dublin.

Chartered Land, which developed the two properties, also included a JPMorgan Chase affiliate and Union Investment among the final bidders for the office buildings, according to a source.

The properties were offered for sale in November with an asking price of €216m.
