Dublin docklands building and site bought for €27m

Hibernia REIT has acquired a building and development site in the popular Dublin docklands area for a combined sum of €27.6m.

The Hanover building is in Windmill Lane in Dublin 4 with an adjoining one acre of a development site.

These acquisitions bring Hibernia’s total number of acquisitions since listing in December 2013 to seven, and brings total funds committed to about €253m.
