Property firm Hibernia Reit said it has the resources to spend on growing its office holdings and may seek to expand its buy-to-let residential holdings.

One of the country’s largest residential landlords is expecting significant growth during 2016 despite the Government’s two-year rent freeze introduced late last year.

Hibernia REIT has acquired a building and development site in the popular Dublin docklands area for a combined sum of €27.6m.
