Sister firms to create 50 jobs over next year
Cork-headquartered Intercall and Tangerine Management, in Killarney, have already begun recruiting for the positions in sales, customer service support and management.
The two companies share some backroom functions and have the same managing director, Niall Kelleher. He said that both companies have managed to perform strongly during the recession.
“Ongoing investment in our staff, technology and processes has ensured that both Intercall and Tangerine Management have grown strongly during the challenging economic conditions that Ireland has faced,” he said.
The new roles in the companies is as a result of expansion by their clients who include Vodafone, Dunnes Stores, QSat, PrePayPower, AES (Bord Na Móna) and Greyhound Recycling.
“This expansion has come on the back of our work with existing clients, but also some new clients, who are increasingly using our services to enhance their business performance.
“As outsourcing specialists, we are able to offer flexibility and quality to our trusted partners. The reality of business and customer service is cyclical for many companies and working with our trained teams we can ensure that our clients use their resources wisely” said Mr Kelleher.
