Three connectors shared in a windfall of €72,000 for their role in creating 48 jobs in Dublin through the Connect Ireland scheme.

One of the connectors, New York-based Donald Paynter, received €22,500 for his role in helping to bring helicopter leasing firm Lobo Leasing to Ireland.

Mr Paynter told executive vice president of Lobo Leasing, John Contas, about the business opportunity in Ireland convincing him to create 15 new jobs in Dublin.
