Nama granted €50.7m order against firm

Nama has obtained a €50.7m judgment against a building firm in Co Cork, plus judgment orders for €9.6m against two of its directors.

All three defendants consented to the orders in a letter sent by their solicitors to Nama last month, the Commercial Court heard.

Mr Justice Peter Kelly made the €50.7m judgment order against D&J Builders (Cork) Ltd and also granted the €9.65m judgment orders against David Coleman and James Coleman. The addresses of all three defendants were given as Coolflugh, Kerry Rd, Tower, Blarney, Co Cork.
