Up to 9,000 people expected to attend Dairygold meetings today

Anything up to 9,000 members of Dairygold are expected to visit the Powder Store on the co-op’s premises at Mallow, Co Cork, for this morning’s two meetings.

The dairy processor’s AGM takes place at 10.30am, with the special general meeting scheduled to follow at 12.30pm, most probably with a small break between the two meetings. If necessary, the AGM may resume after the SGM has been completed.

The co-op’s general committee has put forward a motion that Dairygold’s post-2015 expansion plan be endorsed by the members.
