Dairygold shareholders have endorsed the co-op’s post-2015 expansion plan by a margin of 80:20 at two special meetings yesterday.

Dairygold shareholders have endorsed the co-op’s post-2015 €150m expansion plan, following two back-to-back meetings yesterday at its premises in Mallow, Co Cork.

Anything up to 9,000 members of Dairygold are expected to visit the Powder Store on the co-op’s premises at Mallow, Co Cork, for this morning’s two meetings.

Dairygold has extended the sign-up deadline for its milk supply agreement until the end of April to facilitate a special general meeting on Apr 11.
