Search on for firms of the year
Now in its 16th year, the awards are open to businesses across varying sectors and sizes, from SMEs to large multinationals, which have achieved the highest level of performance and achievement in business.
Cork Chamber chief executive Conor Healy said he is continuously inspired by the talent demonstrated by many Cork firms.
“At a time when companies are operating in a challenging environment, awards like this become even more significant in recognising and celebrating significant business success and achievements,” he said.
The winners of last year’s awards were ePubDirect (emerging company), O’Connell Group (SME), and SouthWestern (large company).
“Being associated with such established awards, the winners will gain significant exposure and prestige and once again we encourage businesses to use this opportunity to reflect on their successes over the past year and look forward to receiving a variety of applications from various business sectors across the region,” he added.
The enterprise director at Vodafone Ireland, Anne O’Leary, said: “The calibre of companies that were celebrated at last year’s awards was so impressive that we are really looking forward to what the 2013 Cork Company of the Year Awards have in store.”
The winners of the Cork Company of the Year Awards will be announced at the Cork Chamber annual dinner in City Hall on Feb 1.
