Diploma in leadership launched

A new tailor-made diploma programme in leadership has been launched by Barry Group in conjunction with the Athlone Institute of Technology.

The programme will see 18 of the company’s core management team receiving a Higher Diploma in Leadership from the institute after completing the tailor made programme over a year and a half.

Director of human resources at Barry Group, Niall Hartnett, said the new programme is designed to equip the company’s management with the skills to grow the company.
