Outsourcing firm in Vodafone deal
Intercall managing director Niall Kelleher said that, while Intercall experienced a difficult trading year in 2010 they have seen substantial growth in their business in 2011, much of which has been driven by their partnership with Vodafone.
“We revised our strategy and changed our focus from selling consumer products to business products. As a result we have seen a 25% increase in sales year on year and an increase in turnover of €500,000 per annum, enabling us to grow our workforce by 15,” he says.
