C&C chief receives nearly €1m in pay

Clonmel: C&C Group chief executive John Dunsmore’s total remuneration rose to €989,000 for the year through February from €934,000 the previous financial year.

Dunsmore earned €700,000 in basic salary and his pension contribution from the company was €175,000 for the year, C&C said.

Chief operating officer and group finance director Stephen Glancey saw his pay package jump from €669,000 to €724,000.

Chairman Brian Stewart received a basic salary of €178,000.

The total pay, benefits and pensions package for all C&C directors rose to €4.23 million, up from €3.35m a year earlier.
