‘An Post behind on mail delivery targets’

AN POST is behind on its targets for mail delivery, according to regulator, ComReg.

In a report on 2010 it said a significant deficit still prevails between actual performance and An Post’s performance standard.

An Post delivered 85% of standard mail in Ireland within one working day last year, which is a one percentage point improvement on its service quality performance over 2009.
