Office sales results ‘encouraging’

Dublin: International commercial real estate firm, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has said that letting and sales activity in the Dublin office market during the first quarter of the year reached 48,275 square metres.

The sale of the Montevetro building on Barrow Street, to Google, heavily boosted the figures, accounting for 40% of overall take-up. The remainder of take-up comprised 38 lettings. CBRE said it was encouraged with the results, which indicated a healthy few months activity is in the pipeline.
