Firms invited to Lean symposium

Athlone: Irish Companies within the manufacturing and service sectors are been urged to attend the fifth Annual Lean Symposium on April 5 and 6 at the Sheraton Athlone Hotel, to learn how to implement and sustain ‘lean’ initiatives.

Underpinned by five principles, the main driver for Lean is to compress the time period from customer order to banking payment, through the identification and elimination of waste and developing a better customer experience.
