Hotel and food company sees 12% hike in turnover

ONE of Cork’s leading hotel and food companies is planning to expand and add jobs this year following a 12% increase in turnover last year.

Kinsale-based Blue Haven Collection is opening its tenth business in Douglas shopping centre this month with the launch of a food retail store.

Owned by brothers Cormac and Ciaran Fitzgerald the Blue Haven Collection employs 110 people and consists of nine businesses providing accommodation, dining and entertainment facilities.
