Letting in Dublin office market up

THE Dublin office of CB Richard Ellis Group said preliminary estimates for the fourth quarter of the year and full year for 2010 take-up in the Dublin office market was ahead of projections.

Key findings from their research indicated that letting activity in the capital office market reached over 46,000sq metres in Q4, bringing the annual total take-up in the Dublin office market to approximately 130,000sq m, a significant increase on what was anticipated at the beginning of 2010.

The letting to Bank of Ireland was both the largest letting in Q4 and of 2010.
