FEXCO scoops major awards

Killorglin: FEXCO, the privately owned outsourcing provider, said it has achieved unprecedented success by winning three contact centre industry awards in Britain and Ireland.

The company and its employees also won eight other accolades by being highly commended, shortlisted or nominated in both industry awards.

Working in partnership with Bord Gáis Networks, FEXCO won the coveted Team of the Year award in Britain’s prestigious Customer Contact Association (CCA) Excellence Awards 2010 having won the best Overall Customer Contact Centre of the Year award last year.
