Chisholm is new ComReg chairman

Dublin: Alex Chisholm has been appointed chairman of the Commission for Communication Regulation (ComReg) – the communications sector’s chief regulation body – with effect from Monday.

He will succeed John Doherty, who has chaired the organisation for the past two years and who will remain in his role as ComReg commissioner.
