DCC buys British oil distribution firm for €25m

IN a bid to strengthen its oil distribution presence in the north of England, DCC has bought Bayford Oil for almost €25 million.

DCC has paid €24.7m (£22.5m), net of cash for the business, which is part of the Bayford Group.

The oil business operates from 14 locations, principally in the north of England.
