Euro-toques offers qualified support to Bord Bia’s Just Ask campaign

EURO-toques Ireland, the Irish branch of the European Community of Chefs and Cooks, has offered qualified support to Bord Bia’s new Just Ask promotional campaign for Irish food.

The group puts local sourcing and support of small and high quality producers at the centre of its activities and working charter.

It said it jointly initiated Féile Bia in the 1990s as a way of promoting local food. The scheme was way ahead of its time.
