Network for small business managers

FINGAL COUNTRY ENTERPRISE BOARD is setting up a business network aimed at owners and managers of small businesses which have been up-and-running for less than two years.

The Fingal Business Network is being launched by Bill Cullen, former head of Renault Ireland, at the Europa Academy in Swords on Thursday, March 27.

According to research undertaken by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, small companies face a higher risk of business failure than larger companies.

As part of the support measures put in place by the board, the network will provide small companies with the opportunity to share problems, learn from others, build a network of contacts and grow ideas.
