Irish spend big on EU properties

IRISH investors are responsible for the second highest proportion of the €244.1 billion spent on property across Europe last year according to a study from Jones Lang LaSalle.

The €13.9bn of Irish capital spent on overseas properties was more than five times that of Irish investors’ spend on Irish properties.
