Spending on outsource IT to rise

IRISH corporate spending on outsourced IT and managed services is expected to increase by 30% this year to €450m and €150m, respectively, according to market research group iReach.

The growth, according to the company, will come about due to the anticipated slowdown in the Irish economy and the need for businesses to closely manage costs.
