Prem joint venture value up a third

PREM Group, the Dublin-based hotel management firm has said the value of its European Hotel Consortium joint venture has risen by a third since it was created in September.

The joint venture, which is owned equally by Goodbody Stockbrokers, is looking at other hotels in northern Europe and Poland, and may announce acquisitions shortly, PREM said yesterday.
