Blackrock Land to buy in Amsterdam

BLACKROCK Land, the real-estate company formed by Fyffes, has agreed to buy an office block in Amsterdam for €25 million. The 102,500sq foot building is 90% let to tenants, including Time Warner, Blackrock said yesterday.

Blackrock said the net yield on the investment may exceed 6% by the end of 2008 and rise to more than 7% after that period.
