BLACKROCK Land, the property development company spin off from Fyffes, said the proposed National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) will have a positive impact on the economy.

BLACKROCK Land, the real-estate company formed by Fyffes, has agreed to buy an office block in Amsterdam for €25 million. The 102,500sq foot building is 90% let to tenants, including Time Warner, Blackrock said yesterday.
