Revenue in action against Hornibrook

THE Revenue published a legal notice in the press yesterday saying that it would petition the High Court on October 15, to wind up Hornibrook Holdings Ltd, a building company, based in Togher, Cork.

The company has been operating in Cork for 65 years and is behind the Camden Quay development in the city.

It is understood however, that the company has arranged with Revenue to clear all outstanding bills.

According to Revenue if a company settles its bill before the court date then it would appear at court and withdraw the petition.
