Authority approves Glen Electric buy

THE Competition Authority announced yesterday it has approved the proposed acquisition by Glen Electric Ltd, a Northern Ireland-based wholly owned subsidiary of Glen Dimplex Group, of Applied Energy Holdings Ltd.
