Cubic to allow users free roaming

CUBIC Telecom has secured €5 million funding for the development of projects, which includes a product that offers customers free mobile roaming calls.

Cork city-based Cubic Telecom said this funding will allow them to become the world’s first truly global mobile service provider.

Its main product allows mobile users calling each other between countries to bypass roaming charges.
