Harvey Nash pays €7.7m for Rescon

INTERNATIONAL recruitment agency Harvey Nash has entered the Irish market with the acquisition of Dublin IT-focused recruitment and solutions firm Rescon IT.

Harvey Nash, which has its head office in London, paid €7.7 million for Rescon, which generated pre-tax profits of €800,000 last year on a turnover of €7.2m.

The initial consideration will be nearer €3.7m with an extra €4m subject to certain profit targets for Rescon.
