INTERNATIONAL recruitment agency Harvey Nash has entered the Irish market with the acquisition of Dublin IT-focused recruitment and solutions firm Rescon IT.

NEW jobs in the IT sector have surged 32% according to the 2006 annual salary survey by recruiter Rescon. It represents a 4% rise on last year.
