Blackrock sells Nijmegen offices

BLACKROCK International Land, the property spin-off of fruit distributor Fyffes, has reached agreement over the sale of two office buildings it owns in the Dutch city of Nijmegen, for €4.8 million.

The properties are being bought by the Dutch property investment company Renpart Vastgoed.

The properties being sold are operated as multi-tenanted serviced offices and are part of a larger portfolio of office buildings acquired by Blackrock in the Netherlands in December of last year for €46.5m.
