BLACKROCK International Land’s joint venture has been chosen to redevelop Dublin’s Market Area by the City Council.

BLACKROCK International Land, the property spin-off of fruit distributor Fyffes, has reached agreement over the sale of two office buildings it owns in the Dutch city of Nijmegen, for €4.8 million.

BLACKROCK International Land is expected to grow its property assets to €430 million with its latest investments in Dublin and London.
