AIB chief risk officer to retire

AIB has announced that Shom Bhattacharya, group chief risk officer, and member of the AIB Group Executive Committee, has decided to retire at the end of this year.

Mr Bhattacharya, who joined AIB in 2002 from JP Morgan Private Bank in New York, will be returning to live in the US after his retirement.
