Ormonde Mining buy-out move

Exploration company Ormonde Mining has taken complete control of the La Zarza copper and gold project in northern Spain.

It has bought out its joint venture partner Nueva Tharsis in a deal which includes all the land held by its partner.

A feasibility study on the project is now being carried out and is expected to be completed in the last quarter of this year.
