Leitrim to seek investment

LEITRIM COUNTY COUNCIL and Leitrim County Development Board have launched a campaign to bring business to the county and to encourage more people to relocate to work and live there.

A highlight of the campaign’s first phase will be a major conference to be held in Croke Park on June 21.

The conference will host more than 30 trade stands from companies highlighting the benefits of doing business there.

It will feature a range of speakers, including the chief executive of Special Olympics Ireland, Mary Davis, and journalist, Sam Smyth.
