GRAND Canal Square which forms a core part of the regeneration of Dublin’s docklands area features a €40 million all-glass building that is a first for Ireland.

Completed last year it is one of the stand out buildings in the square made up entirely of reinforced glass.

From a visual perspective the building is unique in Ireland. Because of the nature of the glass it changes colour on a constant basis.
