Sicon buys Tekno Surgical

SICON, the holding company of Sisk Construction, has bought Tekno Surgical — which distributes orthopaedic and surgical products — for between €20 million and €30m, continuing its diversification into the medical supplies sector.

It marks Sicon’s third acquisition in this field in less than a year — previously buying Med Surgical and Cardiac Services.
