Kerry announces board retirements

KERRY GROUP has announced that James Brosnan, Walter Costello and Roger Robbins have retired from the board.

Gerard O’Hanlon, James O’Connell and Michael O’Connor, all of whom are directors of Kerry Co-operative Creameries, were appointed non-executive directors of the company to replace the outgoing directors.
